Location
The complex is built on the most boldly going into the sea cape Kolokita, 2 km south of the city center Sozopol. The project is an exact copy of the old town of Sozopol - it recreated the unique architecture, style and spirit of the old city – with typical cobbled streets, red roofs, laurel two-storey houses and an atmosphere of timelessness.

Information about the city of Sozopol
Sozopol is located 35 km south of the city of Burgas, 20 minutes by car from the resort town of Primorsko.
In 611 BC, settlers from the small Asian city - the state of Miletus and from the city of Fokei founded a new policy on today's Sozopol peninsula, which was called Apollonia. Gradually, ancient Apollonia expanded and flourished, became a large trading center and a pier.
Of particular interest are the Sozopol houses of late 18 and early 19 in, located in the so-called Old Town of Sozopol. They are built of stone, wood-lined, with a high ground floor used in the past to preserve wine and food.
Now the city of Sozopol meets thousands of tourists every summer and fascinates with its numerous natural and cultural attractions, and the modern yacht marina can satisfy the taste of the most capricious yachtsman.
Near the town of Sozopol, a unique Thracian sanctuary of Beglik Tash was found. It is a circle of huge stones. Thus, the stones form a clock, calendar and observatory. Beglik Tash – is the so-called Bulgarian Stonehenge. Just 10 km south of the city of Sozopol is the reserve «Ropotamo». Within the boundaries of the reserve there are 257 species of birds, of which 71 species are listed in the Red Book of Bulgaria. The reserve is a habitat of rare animal species, there are noble deer and lanj, sulphur, muflons, foxes, otters and colonies of bats in rock caves.

The complex is located on an area of 88.500 sq.m. The total area of the project is 34,000 square meters.
The complex consists of 56 houses with a total of 164 dwellings and 21 individual houses.
The complex offers two-famired houses from one to three bedrooms, each of which overlooks the sea.
Apartments with one and two bedrooms in the complex - area of 100 - 180 sq.m.
Three-room apartments have an area of 180 to 200 sq.m.
Each house has a living area of 365 - 550 sq.m. and its own garden.
