The building of the former baroque parish with an attic roof, converted to a family house with the possibility of placing guests, ideal for small weddings, stands in a place breathing history, next to the Romanesque church, opposite the former Ostrovsky Monastery, founded in 999. This cultural monument, after a thorough reconstruction, with a well-kept garden and parking for 10 cars, is located on the highway between Prague and the Slapa recreation area & # 8212; 15 km from Prague
The basement at the courtyard level consists of a restaurant with a historical fireplace and access to the garden, bar, kitchen, wine cellar, women's and men's toilets and a full background with a separate entrance. For employees there is a workshop for the preparation of vegetables and fruits, a workshop for the preparation of meat, warehouses, a restroom, a dressing room with a toilet and a shower. On the ground floor (access stairs or without barriers from the western facade) there is a living area with two separate apartments (2 + 1 and 1 + 1). The house was completely reconstructed under the supervision of specialists in the protection of monuments. The windows are new wooden, with internal shutters and external decorative gratings made with blacksmiths, whole wood floors or tiles (upper part of tiles of the 17th century), stucco, facade & # 8212; lime. The restaurant and professional kitchen are fully equipped, 300-year-old beams are used for dining tables and chairs. Stone steps and portals come from the original monastery.
The building is superstandardly treated for moisture, a wide drying channel has been built, used as a cellar for cooling drinks. The basement is equipped with a high-performance air conditioning system. Water from urban water supply, municipal from their own well, wastewater is discharged into the sewers.
