The building carrier offers a professional airbnb and rental service within the facility. Owners don't have to worry about anything. Marketing, guest handling, cleaning and care are fully organised.
Maximum security by Escrow account. Purchase price payments are made via a trust system, so that the developer does not have direct access to the capital of the buyers.
Even if one's own unit should be temporarily empty, the central pool system of the project intervenes. The total rental income is combined and distributed proportionately. Thus, owners also benefit from the overall utilization of the facility.
