Stone house and agricultural land, Čvrljevo, 2509 m2
In Dalmatinska zagora, more precisely, in the town of Čvrljevo, there is a unique renovated stone house with a net usable area of 200 m2.
This house is divided into three segments, each of them adapted for different aspects of the lifestyle.
The first segment, that is, the tavern, is a real haven for pleasure. It was specially designed as a place for gatherings and various celebrations.
The second segment represents the heart of the home. This is a living room that offers the comfort and warmth of a family gathering. It consists of a spacious living room, kitchen with dining room, bedroom and bathroom, and on the first floor there is a mini studio designed as another bedroom.
The third segment is an oasis of peace and relaxation. Here, if the owner wishes, a jacuzzi or other space for relaxation can be built, creating an ideal environment for disconnecting from everyday stress.
It is equipped with quality materials to ensure durability and comfort. The new electricity supplied to the entire house provides the safety and functionality of a modern electrical system, while the installation of a new telephone line is an additional step towards modernization.
Stepping into modern times does not mean losing the historical charm. The house retains its original character and charm, and the reconstruction has perfected its functionality and comfort for a modern lifestyle.
The large barn in front of the house is especially noteworthy. This traditional building is not only a piece of history, but also a practical resource for collecting and conserving water, providing an additional element of authenticity and functionality to this home.
The house also has an agricultural plot of 2,136 m2 and represents an ideal opportunity for various agricultural projects such as growing vegetables, orchards or flowers, offering the possibility of generating additional income or supplying oneself with fresh products.
The thermal insulation of the entire house is 25 cm, all the stone walls are sandblasted, and the fence walls and the outdoor toilet are currently being worked on, and 90% of the house project has been completed. The heating will be wood-fired, and the rooms have air conditioning.
The location is quiet and surrounded by nature, and the house is located far enough from the road, which ensures a special sense of privacy.
By the way, the house was built in 1911 and reconstructed in 2022.
The property is neat.
