The land is used for organic immortelle production, and for 8 years in a row, soil samples have been taken under ecological supervision, proving that the soil is unpolluted and thus suitable for further ecological cultivation of various plant crops.In addition to immortelle, there are about 50 8-year-old olives, 22 8-year-old figs, a lavender field and rosemary hedges along the dry stone wall.Preparations have been made on the land for the construction of a building of 300 m2 (basement, ground floor and first floor, which is actually 900 m2 of living space), tennis court and swimming pool.There is a hydrological study for drilling and water supply to the plot. On the land itself there is an accumulation for 600 cubic meters of water. Water is currently being supplied by cisterns.A septic tank of 20 cubic meters was built and insulated twice.On the land there is a charming house of 50m2 which is in the process of legalization, and can be used for the purpose of a weekend house. On its roof there are solar panels that supply electricity.
