Location
The complex has a unique location: on the first line of the sea with an incredible view of the sea, 15 km from the city center of Burgas and only 3 km from the resort town of Pomorie.  
A new road is being built near the complex, which will link Burgas to the Sunny Beach resort. This road section is designed to facilitate road traffic between southern seaside resorts. The branch of this road will lead directly to the complex. There will be a suburban bus stop for cottage owners without their own vehicles nearby.
 

Description of the complex
The complex consists of 126 single-family townhouses with an area of 89 to 165 sq.m. The location of the complex is not accidental! A quiet and unique place with panoramic views of the south, on the whole bay, formed naturally between Burgas and Pomorie, was specially chosen.

For each property in the complex, the developer is ready to prepare an individual proposal for finishing and furnishing the house, with a certain budget and in accordance with the wishes and capabilities of the client, for an additional fee.
