Architecture and concept

Planning
The villa occupies a plot of 3,100 m2, the total area is 2,400 m2, of which about 1,200 m2 are interior rooms. Architecturally, the house consists of three interconnected blocks that form an S-shaped composition:
The central block is a spectacular “floating” area of the living room, dining room and show kitchen, stretched along the sea line. The space overlooks the main infinity pool and recreation areas.
The host unit is a master suite with its own 15-meter lap pool, dressing room, study, separate dining room, professional kitchen, staff rooms and internal garage.

Finishing and materials
The project was designed by Martin Palleros (Terra Designs). Only premium materials are used in the decoration:
natural stone for facades,

an array of wood, French limestone and sandstone in the interiors,
