The mix of 2 rental programs:

• Free accommodation: 30 nights (from May to October) or 15 nights in November, February, March, April.
• Free utilities (water/electricity) for 5 years.
• Rental income is paid at the end of each year for 5 years.
• When participating in the program, a furniture package is required.

Payment Schedule:

Deposit - 200,000 THB.

1st payment: 35% - upon signing the contract, 15 days after making the deposit.

2nd payment: 20% - start of construction.

3rd payment: 20% - completion of the main structure.

4th payment: 15% - completion of finishing work.

5th payment: 10% - upon transfer of ownership (minus deposit).
