NEW VILLA IN BENISSA
The new villa is designed to communicate with the environment and integrate into it.
Its structure, based on concrete platforms and wooden pergolas, slides down the site's natural slope, creating interior living spaces.
Access to the house is through a cassette, which offers a panoramic view of the surrounding area. Going down to the first level, we find the master bedroom with its own dressing room, bathroom and terrace. Bedroom platform with a separate bathroom where you can retire and retire.
Going even lower, we find another platform with the rest of the rooms in the house. This space is occupied by a total of three spacious bedrooms with bathrooms and terraces.
The third level is occupied by the day zone. Two separate living-dining-room and kitchen areas that can be combined by separating the sliding door separating them. There remains a single open-plan space, which is directly connected to the exterior through four sliding panels. Liquid exterior-inner space, allowing you to enjoy the house with a breeze and views of the street.
Finally, in the basement there is a large space for relaxation, a game room, a bar with a TV and a gym. Both rooms are flooded with light that penetrates through the holes in the pool and through which light filtered by the brightness of the water penetrates.
The house has an exceptional finish that gives it warmth and at the same time has a dialogue with the pool.
