Bug. Home from Zaha Hadid Architects.
Rublevo-Uspenskoye highway. Bug. A village whose name says everything. The architect, who worked in Zaha Hadid’s bureau, created minimalism, which is not to be confused with asceticism.
The facade is glass and satinated stainless steel. The house does not stand on the site - it dissolves in it. The glimpses of steel fill the garden with light. The second floor is a terrace overlooking the tree crowns. The main bedroom is a headboard made of an array of nuts.
What's inside:
Living room with double-sided steam fireplace and panoramas. Dining room with access to the terrace. Four bedrooms. The office. Spa area: sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, font.
What is behind the doors and under the feet:
Minotti, Flexform, Cassina, Dovlet House, Acerbis, Henge, Mebel-V, Poltrona Frau. Not just furniture – names that are appreciated for conciseness and modernity.
Technique and comfort:
Central communications: gas, light, water, sewerage, Internet. Engineering systems: supply and exhaust ventilation, Viessmann boiler, auto-watering of the site. You don’t have to think of anything – everything is already working.
It's not a house. This is a space where every detail is thought out to the smallest detail. Where you can live, work, receive guests and not hear the neighbors.
🔥 Want to see the glass facade blur the boundary between the interior and the forest? Come here. I will show you a house where minimalism does not scare with emptiness, and the spa area becomes the main room.
