The second idea, guiding the conceptual work, was to introduce all-city functions into the project, which will enable buyers to use services and amenities characteristic of a large city. The designed complex is a combination of 3 zones: private, semi-private and public. The development of the estate creates closed, separated and intimate courtyards with greenery elements, small architectural forms and playgrounds for children. The investment is characterized by universal, timeless architecture with simple blocks and light colors.
