At the moment, the premise is rented as a ceramics studio with a yield of about 5% per annum. The rental conditions and contract details are available upon request.
The largest premise has large sliding doors overlooking the garden, the other two premise have classic windows. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and shower. The closed kitchen (social room) is equipped with built-in wardrobes and household appliances, including a dishwasher. There is also an additional closed storage room. The premise comes with a pantry of about 2 m² - included in the price.
The premise has no architectural barriers and is accessible to people with disabilities.
It is possible to purchase 1 or 2 parking spaces in the underground garage, each for 50,000 PLN. The current administrative fee is approximately 800 PLN per month.
