They are not paid and most importantly always available. The tram loop is a 7-minute walk away, the bus stop is less than 100 m from the house. In the area there is a market with fresh vegetables, grocery stores, city hall, supermarkets. This location is appreciated by everyone due to its full infrastructure, proximity to public transport and therefore a quick time to get to the center and proximity to Dębina Park. As for the advantages of the apartment, it is definitely its size, four separate rooms. An additional advantage is the low rent, windows facing north and south, a brick block and a large basement.
