Łódź Fusion at this year's Cannes Fair won the most prestigious awards in the world real estate market – MIPIM Awards in the Best Urban Regeneration Project and Special Jury Award category. The revitalization of 8 hectares of post-factory site of the former factory carried out in the heart of Łódź by the Echo – Archicom Group delighted the whole world! The multifunctional merger complex was appreciated for restoring the local historical community of the city area in a spirit of sustainable development.
