Despite the interior in need of renovation, the premises have great potential for improvement. The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a 1950s building in the center of the Volya district at the address: st. Smocha, in the Novolipki residential complex.

The living room and one of the bedrooms (can be used as an office) have an area of about 16 and 9 square meters respectively, overlooking the skyscrapers of Warsaw. The other bedrooms are approximately 11 and 15 square meters. The kitchen is about 7 square meters with windows facing southwest and overlooks the greenery of the neighboring buildings. The apartment still has 1950s parquet flooring that needs updating. The windows in the apartment were replaced with plastic ones several years ago.
The apartment belongs entirely to the owner and includes a storage room.
It is possible to divide the attic above the apartment on the 6th floor between tenants.
