Bielańska 4. That's a very good address. I highly recommend to rent a two-bedroom apartment located in this unique place – right in front of the National Opera! In the elegant, recently renovated and well maintained interior we will find a living room with a passage to a small bedroom (new bed) and with an exit to the balcony in the south direction – here we will be delighted by the impressive view of the downtown Warsaw, with a strong accent of the monumental National Opera! Right next to the National Theatre, behind it Pilsudski Square and the beautiful Saxon Garden. A separate, ergonomic kitchen has a window in the east direction, where we can admire the panorama of Old Town. The whole is complemented by a surprisingly large bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. The apartment is fully furnished, equipped with household appliances, just after replacing floors and painting walls – ready to live from the moment. Bielańska Street and neighboring is a charming place to live in the capital – cafes, restaurants, shops, green areas, literally 400 metres from Castle Square and 800 meters from Old Town Square. From the communication side and the convenience of living in the capital, a very important asset is the yard intended for exclusive parking of residents – the tenant will receive a pilot for entry (the places are not assigned to anyone). For users of public transport, it is important to be close to Bank Square (500 meters) where buses and trams of several lines stop and next to the Arsenal metro station (line M1 – 600 meters). The wish and expectation of the owner is to rent the apartment to one adult, in the last couple. A few people or families are excluded. No pets will be allowed. Expected rental contract, required address statement and notarial deed. To the price of PLN 3000 should be added fees for the Cooperative in the amount of approximately PLN 960 and meters and possibly Internet/cable television. The place is free, please!
