We have a plot of land with an area of 1,007m2 in the very center of Łódź at Kilińskiego Street, with access to a local road and tram lines. The area consists of two plots with an area of 866 m2 and 141 m2. The plot is subject to the commencement of the preparation of a local spatial development plan, where it is designated for multi-family housing development and service development.
