The Administrator in the Restructuring Proceedings of "GLOBAL" Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością w restrukturyzacji (limited liability company in restructuring), case reference number GD1G/GRs/7/2024, hereby announces a written tender procedure for the sale of real estate and movable property under the name "Port Kopytkowo", which form part of the restructuring estate, as detailed in the tender regulations, at a minimum price of PLN 32,980,000 plus VAT.

A bid security (deposit) of PLN 900,000 must be paid via bank transfer no later than September 4, 2025, to the bank account of "GLOBAL" Sp. z o.o. in restructuring, held at Bank Millennium S.A., account number: 31 1160 2202 0000 0006 1762 0489.
The Tender Regulations will be available for review by interested parties at the office of Restructuring Advisor Sławomir Bohdziewicz (license no. 256), located at ul. Geodetów 11, 80-298 Gdańsk, during the office's working hours and days.
The administrator reserves the right to withdraw from the tender or cancel the tender without providing a reason, or to refrain from selecting any offer without providing a reason.
