INVITATION TO NEGOTIATE
regarding the sale of the Port Kopytkowo logistics complex
We hereby invite you to participate in negotiations concerning the acquisition of the Port Kopytkowo logistics complex, located along the A1 expressway, with a total area exceeding 74,000 m².
The complex comprises the following facilities and infrastructure:
fuel station,
parking area with 300 parking spaces,
truck wash,
hotel facility,
restaurant and catering facility,
office space.
Objectives of the Negotiation Process
The purpose of this negotiation process is to:
present comprehensive legal, technical, and financial documentation of the transaction subject, with particular emphasis on the ongoing restructuring proceedings;
obtain a binding price offer from potential buyers, including transaction terms;
maximize the level of creditor satisfaction within the restructuring proceedings.
Upon completion of negotiations, the Administrator will submit an application to the Judge-Commissioner for approval of the sale of real estate and movable assets under the terms of the received offer or for conducting a tender procedure.
Entities interested in participating in the negotiations are required to submit their applications electronically to the following email address:
no later than 31 March 2026.
Negotiations with individual entities may be initiated immediately upon receipt of an application. The anticipated deadline for completion of the negotiation process is 29 April 2026.

All arrangements, declarations, and commitments made during negotiations may require approval by the Judge-Commissioner supervising the restructuring proceedings.
Participation in negotiations does not constitute an obligation to conclude an agreement and does not give rise to any claims by participants.
The Seller reserves the right to terminate negotiations without stating reasons and to reject all submitted offers.
