The Administrator in the restructuring proceedings of GLOBAL Sp. z o.o. in restructuring, case reference GD1G/GRs/7/2024, hereby announces a written tender procedure for the sale of the real estate and movable assets forming part of the restructuring estate, collectively known as "Port Kopytkowo", as described in detail in the Tender Regulations.
The minimum purchase price is PLN 26,500,000 plus VAT.
Tender offers prepared in accordance with the Tender Regulations must be submitted no later than 13 July 2026, either in person at the filing office of the 6th Commercial Division of the District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, ul. Piekarnicza 10, 80-126 Gdańsk, Poland, or by post (the date of receipt shall be decisive).
The opening and evaluation of offers will take place during a public hearing on 16 July 2026 at 12:00 PM in courtroom B68A of the District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, ul. Piekarnicza 10, 80-126 Gdańsk, Poland.
A bid security deposit of PLN 2,500,000 must be paid by bank transfer no later than 13 July 2026 to the bank account of GLOBAL Sp. z o.o. in restructuring, held with Bank Millennium S.A.:
