We offer a rental apartment in the city center. The area is 52 m2, consists of a living room, kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and terrace. There is everything you need for living and rest: furniture, household appliances, dishes, bedding and towels. In the bedroom, two single beds 105 cm wide each, moved together. Spanish television. There's air conditioning. The accommodation option is up to 4 people. There's an elevator in the house.
The infrastructure is well developed. Nearby is a supermarket chain "Consum", a Russian store. It's a beautiful park nearby. There are many bars and cafes on the nearby streets. The two popular city beaches of Los Locos and Del Cura are about 400 meters (5-7 minutes walk).
