Extensive property of about 164 hectares (400 acres) surrounded by nature, with spectacular views of nature in Osor and Susqueda, bordering the swamp of the same name, with excellent views over the swamp and the valley and the “Cingles de Susqueda-Tavertet” .
In total there are 164 ha of land that is classified as a natural park area. Inside it has 3 plots with the following characteristics:
1) Plot with 1000m2 of ruined construction and 71 ha of land touching the artificial sources of the river Ter.
2) Plot with permission within the regulations of 500m2 of construction (because the rest of the ruin that existed is not left) with 30ha of land.
3) Rectory – Chapel owned with 500m2 of ruined construction and 36 ha of land.
In total we have 2000m2 of construction to rebuild with the possibility of expansion according to an agreement with the Generalitat and the city council.
Being the natural environment of their movements, the area provides an undeniable tourist-historical interest that is currently being promoted. The natural environment is of great beauty, being included in the area of influence of the Natural Parks of Les Guilleries-Savassonna-Collsacabra.
The main farmhouse in ruins is already documented in the 13th century (13). The total built has never been measured and is unknown, but among the three known ruins, it must be considered. the 14th century hermitage, which is fully standing, although it requires rehabilitation
A few minutes further up is the Sanctuary of the Virgen del Coll de Susqueda with exceptional views over the Osor valley and the reservoir on the other side. The town of Osor is 3 km away.
This land offers great possibilities for tourist development due to the beauty of its surroundings.
The farm is considered ideal for a luxurious Rural Hotel with organization of events and outdoor activities or exclusive homes for people who can really assume that level of life.
