Located 800 meters from the sea coast with sea views, close to the central infrastructure of the town . The city of Biala – administrative center, is located in the central part of the Bulgarian Black Sea region, 55 km. south of Varna and 65 km north of Burgas. The relief of the – region is semi-gori, and the climate – is moderately continental. The coastline is characterized by a combination of rocky coast, sea bays, extensive beach stripes and sand dunes. The total length of the beach is 6244 m, the sea is clean and calm.
The – has been a center of viticulture and tourism, the traditions of which go far from the past. The town is surrounded by a large number of grape plantings . Calm family tourism – the main industry in the development of Biala.
The base has 2 parts :
- the first 4-storey building, which has 15 rooms with 6 bathrooms, an area of 400 sq.m, a basement of 50 sq.m, a summer kitchen of 22 sq.m.
- the second newly built one-story building with 4 rooms and 4 bathrooms, an area of 71 sq.m.
