The complex will operate according to a mixed model, according to which the owners, if they wish, can rent their apartment units, passing them on to the management and rental of the management from the renowned global hotel chain Radisson Blu, for at least 10 months a year, while the owners can use the apartment for a period of 2 months during the year. Estimated return on investment at 40% occupancy is 13 years, which makes this investment extremely attractive.
The complex on the first floors contains business premises, boutiques, 2 restaurants and a cafeteria overlooking the open sea. Payment models:
Customers have the option to choose between three payment models:
1) 20% down payment and repayment in 18 equal monthly installments
2) 20% down payment and repayment in 4 equal quarterly installments
3) loan from Hipotekarna banka for non-residents and residents - down payment of 20% and repayment over 5 years with an interest rate of 6% and
20% down payment and 7-year repayment with an interest rate of 6.5%.
