There are Restaurants with a high standard of tastes and quality, and if you want to do a little bit of shopping, in the capital town of Skiathos there are many shops which you can buy everything you need and want. The Villa is built in an amphitheatric way overlooking the crystal blue waters of the Aegean sea, is built on a hill in a wind free area only 300m from Ahladies beach, the sea view is amazing from all rooms, swimming pool, gym, bars, and veranda.

The design of the Villa is inspired by Italian country houses, the tile on the floor, bathrooms, kitchen furniture, and every furniture of the Villa is Italian the cooking systems, and fridges are Smeg and washing machines is Bosch. The swimming pool is excellent quality, the system of cleaning the water in the pool is an Electronic Ozone system, not just chlorine, Ozone is the best and more efficient cleaning system it can clean every bacteria, the swimming pool is 9 meters long 4 meters wide and 3,5 meters deep.
