The hotel is located in one of the most popular tourist villages in Kassandra only 350 meters from the sandy beach.
The hotel complex is located on the plot 7000 sq. meters.
The hotel consists of 5 buildings: 3 buildings with rooms, 1 building with 3 maisonettes and reception/restaurant. There is also a separate building with 6 rooms for the staff.
There are 2 swimming pools: 12 x 10 meters and children’s with jakuzzi 3.5 x 6 meters. There are 36 rooms in the hotel: rooms for 2 persosns and 6 family rooms for 4 persons. There is a separate building with 3 maisonettes on the 1st and 2nd floors (60 sq. meters each) and ground floor 200 sq. meters which was an apartment, but is not in use now.
There is a gym and a spa-center in the half underground floor of one o the buildings.
There is a nice view fromt the territory of the hotel to the sea and surroundings.
The hotel was fully renovated in 2009 and is a good working business.
