The nearest airport is TIVAT, 25 minutes by car.

The bays of Zhanitsa and Mirista are the pearls of the Adriatic, with pebble beaches and the cleanest sea. The distance from industrial facilities and large settlements creates an amazing atmosphere for a relaxing family holiday.

The peninsula Lustica is located opposite the fortress MAMULA, at the entrance to the Bay of Kotor and is washed by the open sea.

The villa was built in 2002 on a territory of 60 ares (0.6 hectares) and has an area of ​​600 sq. m. The villa has 7 (seven) bedrooms for a large family. Two bedrooms have two separate beds, five bedrooms have double beds. In one bedroom, in addition to two double beds, there is a bunk bed for children, and there is also a cot for a small child.

On the ground floor of the villa there are three bedrooms. One bedroom has a bathroom, opposite the other two bedrooms there is one toilet and one bathroom with a toilet and shower. In addition, on the ground floor there is a refrigeration room for storing food, fruits and vegetables. On the opposite side of the first floor there is an apartment for service personnel, a linen room, an ironing room and an entrance to the house from the sea and the garden.

On the second floor there is a similar complex of bedrooms, plus on the opposite side of the house a separate bedroom (with children's beds) with a separate bathroom. There is also a cinema with a collection of films in Russian. Between the sides of the house there is a large kitchen, dining room and living room with a total area of ​​130 sq. m with a second light. From the living room and dining room there are several exits to the terrace of 120 sq. m. All rooms and the living room with the dining room overlook the sea. The beautiful view of the blue sea, the island of Mamula and the Prevlaka peninsula (territory of Croatia) allows you to enjoy relaxation and nature. In the dining room there is a large table 2.8 meters long and 1.2 meters wide. and can be increased to 4 meters, a similar table is placed on the terrace, where it is pleasant to have breakfast and dinner. All rooms, the dining room and the kitchen are equipped with everything necessary for a large family. In the living room there is a large TV and several sofas and armchairs, a beautiful working fireplace.

  The villa provides a cleaning service, towels are changed every other day, linen is changed twice a week. A family of Russian-speaking Serbs helps with cooking, cooking on the grill. Accompanies on trips to the market and shops.

Next to the house there is a terrace with a barbecue area of ​​100 sq. m. Three tables, a barbecue, a cauldron for pilaf and other dishes allow you to spend the evening with your favorite dishes and excellent Montenegrin wine.

On the territory there is also a sports complex with a swimming pool, exercise room, sauna. There is a tennis table, a windsurfing board and a sail. Near the gym you can sunbathe on 10 outdoor loungers. Throughout the villa there are green spaces, paths are laid. Fruit trees and bushes grow. Turtles live there.

For small children there are swings, various toys, etc.
