The idea of ​​creating and developing a business for the management of residential and commercial real estate, combined with creative potential, originated with the future founders of ODO "MacroEngineering" in the late 90s of the twentieth century. Possessing the appropriate higher professional training, in the next ten years they implemented engineering projects of varying levels of complexity, gradually moving towards the embodiment of their ideas.

The start was taken when the automobile holding "Atlant-M" in 2000 created its own engineering division - IP "Atlant-M Stroy", specializing in a range of services for the design and construction of auto centers, service stations, car washes and gas stations. In this division, the future founders of ODO "MacroEngineering" took up leadership positions, going from production managers to top managers.

Today,  ODO “MacroEngineering” is a company aimed at satisfying the needs of its Clients in acquiring high-quality and reliable real estate at optimal prices, open to proposals for cooperation and investment, with a flexible system of discounts and installments. We are not burdened with outstanding accounts receivable and accounts payable, unfulfilled tax or other obligations to the budget, as well as illiquid assets.

Our company was founded in 1994 through the transformation of Avtobaza Nº4 (Autobase Nº4) into the open joint-stock company «BelATEP». Today, BelATEP is an expert in real estate management, offering office, production and warehouse space, as well as services of storage and maintenance of automotive equipment.
