Polo Construction (brand Polo Villas) is the largest low-rise construction developer in Georgia.
As of mid-2024, the company has completed several townhouse complexes in the Polo Villas neighborhood in Batumi, including Polo One, Polo Parklane, Polo Garden, Polo Greenfield, and Polo Avenue.
Currently, the company is building the sixth townhouse complex in the Polo Villas neighborhood, Polo Signature. The neighborhood is located in Batumi.
We construct two-story houses with efficient layouts, ranging from 147 to 190 square meters, and sell them fully renovated, complete with furniture and appliances. Each house includes its own parking space and backyard.
The complex boasts an extensive territory featuring a mini football field, a state-of-the-art children's playground, a pet walking area, a promenade, barbecue zones, fitness areas, and a full-sized swimming pool.
The planned completion of the complex is set for mid-2025.
