The project, with an area of more than half a million square meters, is located on the European side of Istanbul, in the Halkali district of Küçükçekmece municipality.
On the northern part, the project is bordered by the TEM international highway, which originates from Iran to Portugal and passes through Turkey, connecting Asia with Europe.

On the sides of the project there are 2 metro lines connecting the airport and the city center (Sişli district).
