The elite residential complex "Properties of Kuercheto" is an oasis in the heart of the valley of Val d'Orcha, on a hill from which there is a beautiful view of the city of Pientsu. The residential complex consists of separate apartments, which as if came off the picture of the Renaissance.
They are located on top of a green hill where a rich village estate once stood, built in the 14th century. The estate was subsequently destroyed and restored on the orders of Pope Sixtus V in the late 16th century.

The ancient house retains all the materials of the Tuscan tradition that were used in 1600 as well (Florentine ceramics, wood) and adds modern comfort and details (e.g. eco-lake).
