The house consists of two independent rooms with bathroom and fully equipped kitchens. The ground floor is an independent apartment of 45 sqm with one bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
The first and second floors have a separate entrance and include a living room, dining room, kitchen wc and two bedrooms with a balcony, view and a large bathroom. The two apartments communicate with each other by an internal staircase but are also separated by an internal door. It has its own very large garden for exclusive use with paving, dining room, garden kitchen and bbq. It is located right in front of the beach.
The popular resort village of Nea Kallikratia is located on the mainland of the Chalkidiki peninsula, just 20 minutes drive from Thessaloniki. Such a favorable location near the airport and the northern capital has made it a favorite vacation spot for tourists and residents of Thessaloniki. The main advantage of the village is its long sandy beach, which stretches for several kilometers, connecting Nea Kallikratia with neighboring villages, the local beaches have been awarded blue flags for cleanliness. Sandy beaches with a gentle entrance to the sea are very convenient for families with children. The village lives an active life all year round, being a large settlement, there is all the necessary infrastructure: banks, shops, supermarkets, a farmers' market, bakeries and cafes. In the summer, musical events and theater performances are often held, bars and clubs are open. Along the coast there are cozy traditional taverns where you can enjoy dinner with a stunning view of the sunset and Mount Olympus.
