We present you a family house located in a quiet part of the village of Prague 9 Winorj.
The house is in excellent technical condition, in 2021/2022 there was a partial successful and thoughtful reconstruction. Because of this, it also has very low overall electricity costs.
The dominant feature of the house is the kitchen and dining room, which is connected to the living room by a passage. Both rooms form a harmonious whole where the family is together. But this house also has its own corners, allowing privacy.
From the living room you can go to the bedroom with your own dressing room. There is also a room on the first floor of the house from which you ascend the stairs to another, smaller bedroom.
On the ground floor we also find a bathroom with a toilet and a pantry.
From the garden there is an entrance to the annex, which is connected in one line with the bedroom with the dressing room. The annex offers a warehouse area of 18.53 m2. Do not forget about a small attic and two basements of 12 m2
You can put 2 cars on the site. Additional parking is on a quiet street on an extended road right in front of the house.
