The hotel is located in the picturesque sea town of Saint Vlas, at the foot of the southern slope of Stara PlaninaMountain. The complex is located 200 meters from the golden beach, above "Marina Dinevi"port. Due to its unique location, it offers the perfect combination of sun and sea with freshmountain air and provides guests with a salutaryand therapeuticstay.

The distance to the famous resort and entertainment center "Sunny Beach" is only 3 kilometreswhilst the ancient and protected by UNESCO town of Nessebaris 7 km away. There is a public transport stop next to the hotel, where a bus / shuttle lineoperatesconnecting Saint Vlas with Sunny Beach and Nessebar. Property’s proximity to all the attractions in the surrounding area makes it suitable for those who are looking for relaxation, peace and tranquility, as well as for nightlife/party fans.

Capacity

The hotel consistsof 28 double rooms and 5 suites. All of the accomodations have at disposallarge terraces with wonderful view of the bay of Sunny Beach and Nessebar.

There are 2 restaurants on sight. Thecapacityof themain restaurant can accommodate90 people. It is currently used for breakfast and dinnerona buffet (half-board)basis. The second restaurant has a capacity of 30 people. It functions as an ala carte restaurant and offers direct access to the hotel's pool. Both restaurants have additional outdoor areas for dining and relaxation.

The hotel consists of two connected wings (block 1 and 2) and one separate block, each one consisting offour floors. The hotel has also a completely renovated swimming pool measuring 16 meters by 8 meters with a water filtration system and a beach strip(made of newly built stamped concrete), designed for a capacity of 30-35 sunbeds alongwith umbrellas and tables. Next to the pool there is a 400 m² garden area with orchard trees that is suitable for relaxation.

The complex has long-term cooperation with all the leading tour operators that provide full bookingfor the entire summer season. The joint work continuesupto date, with tour operators such as Bucher, Neckermann, Linntour, Go2 Holidays, Tedy Cam.

Block 3 is also equipped with lift and ramps, making it suitable for disabled guests. There is a large overhead terrace, with the possibility of future construction of a roof garden, with the appropriate recreational facilities.

All parts of the hotel (blocks 1, 2, 3) have auxiliary/storagerooms provided for the use ofmaids, maintenance workers, etc.; to store bed linen, detergents and other material.

Furnishing/Equipment

All rooms and suites have a private bathroom. Interior impresses with  high quality, modern furniture, selected carefully and with great attention to detail. Each room/suite is also equipped with a minibar, TV and air conditioning.

- Bathrooms come with luxury Spanish terracotta tiles and sanitary facilities and feature bathtubs with shower. Each bathroom has a hairdryer.

The restaurants have at their disposal fully equipped kitchens (equipment includes -  but not limitted to -  a professional gas and electricity stove, combi steamer, refrigerators, dishwashers, utensils and cutlery).

Each of the hotel rooms has 3 sets of bed linen, light duvets, pillows and towels. Half of the rooms are with high-quality and wear-resistant laminated flooring, while the other flooring is a combination of terracotta and solid carpet.

The hotel uses its three DE Deitrich hot water boilers for hot water supply - one in the first block and twoin the third block in separate, dedicated premises. There is a system of German solar panels (solar collectors) for heating the water with a temperature control system, as well as its own water source - two probes at 35 meters depth and a hydrophore system for block 3.
