Information about the property is a set of data describing the legal, technical and cadastral characteristics of real estate. This information is used when making transactions, assessing objects, taxing, registering inheritance and other legal actions.

Basic information about the property:

  • Cadastral number. A unique identifier assigned to each property in the state register. It allows you to quickly find information about the property in the Unified State Register of Real Estate (USRRE).
  • Address. The legally fixed location of the property. This can be a full postal address or a description of the location for land plots.
  • Area. Indicates the size of the property in square meters for buildings, premises and land plots.
  • Purpose. The type of use of the property: residential (house, apartment), non-residential (office building), commercial (store) or agricultural (farm).
  • Year of construction. The date of completion of construction of the property. Important for assessing the condition of the property and its depreciation.
  • Legal status. Indication of who owns the property: an individual, a legal entity, the state or a municipality.
  • Encumbrances and restrictions. Information on the presence of arrests, liens, mortgages or easements. This data is critical in real estate transactions.

Information about the object may also include data on the cadastral value of the object, its geographic location on the cadastral map. For land plots, the exact coordinates of the boundaries and the type of land are indicated: land of populated areas, agricultural land, industrial land, etc.
