The villa is a modern building with 4 bedrooms and a spacious and well-equipped outdoor terrace. Table tennis and table football can be played in the game room, and the rooftop bar and recreation area have extra space for an evening refreshment drink. The villa is located above Kalamar Bay, a short walk from the Kalamar Beach Club, local bars, shops and restaurants. The center of Kalkan, the harbor and the city beach are about 2 minutes away (or a 15-20 minute walk down the slope).
The layout of the three floors is organized as follows:
First floor:
The open-plan living room has a well-equipped kitchen with an island with an electric stove. There is also a water cooler, refrigerator with freezer, built-in oven and microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. The dining area can accommodate 8 people, and the living room has a large L-shaped sofa with a large oval coffee table and a flat-screen TV.
Glass sliding doors from floor to ceiling lead to the pool terrace.
There is also a dressing room and toilet at this level.
Second floor:
Bedroom 1 is a bedroom with a double bed, TV and its own shower room. Balcony with sea view, table and chairs.
Bedroom 2 – bedroom with a double bed, TV and own shower room. Balcony with sea view, table and chairs.
Bedroom 3 is a bedroom with two single beds, a TV and its own shower room. Juliet's on the balcony.
The washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are in the closet on the landing.
Second floor:
Bedroom 4 - bedroom with a double bed, TV, shower room and access to the terrace on the roof of the villa. It has a panoramic view and is equipped with a bar (with a refrigerator and sink) and comfortable chairs.
Outside the villa:
Landscape pool with stairs, Jacuzzi area and shallow area.
The poolside terrace also features a shaded outdoor dining area, as well as a barbecue area and plenty of sun loungers, umbrellas and comfortable seating spaces.
There is also table tennis and table football, as well as a shower by the pool.
