The array is unique: located within the village of Ratkovo, at the same time it is in a pine forest. The array consists of 106 individual plots, which are put on cadastral registration with the assignment of village addresses (Yantarnaya, Azure, Granatovy and Emerald lanes) and registration of ownership in accordance with the current town-planning regulations (project planning of the territory - Vladimir CitizenProject, public hearings, etc.).

The massif is located on a hill (historical name - Mikhalev Gora). In the bowels - sand of medium size and sandy sack, thanks to which:

(a) the site is always dry and clean even after rain or snowmelt;

b) pine, strawberry and oil are already in your area;

(c) the aroma of field grasses combined with the smell of pine needles.

The massif is equidistant (about 30-35 km) from the cities of Noginsk, Chernogolovka, Elektrostal and Elektrogorsk. Due to this, there is no neighborhood with industrial enterprises and waste landfills.

In the beginning of the year, pipeline gas is supplied on applications (the highway has already been built, now the queue for distribution networks to houses). So far, the program of “dogasification”, i.e. at an order of magnitude lower costs than if it is done on a commercial basis.

We have a rural electricity tariff. To more than half of individual possessions, air lines have been completed, the first contracts for electricity supply have been concluded.

In our village there is a fiber optic line for high-speed Internet access, as well as LTE from Tele-2, Beeline and Yota.

Quiet. In the pine forest there are beautiful paths for walking and cycling. A five-minute walk is fishing in a cascade of ponds. Also within walking distance (3-4 minutes) grocery, hardware and construction stores. Equestrian sports - club "Khorsia" - 10 minutes by car in the direction of Sopovo.

The Church of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God, a rural school, a club, the Russian Post, the Ozon and Wilberries PVZ, the Verny supermarket in the neighboring village of Zarechye (2 km), and this is 3-4 minutes by car or 10 minutes by bicycle.

St. Elektrogorsk carries out railway (to Kursk station) and bus (to Baumanskaya) communication with Moscow.
