It is possible to purchase the entire plot for PLN 800 per m². According to the local zoning plan (MPZP 22 ME), the main purpose of the plot is low-rise individual residential development, including houses with up to four apartments in one building or semi-detached houses.
The minimum plot area for a detached house is 2,000 m², and for half a semi-detached house - 1,000 m².
