The site is located near Svyatovid Street and the future metro line. The local development plan has been approved by the Warsaw City Council.
The site provides areas for residential development, roads and forests.
In accordance with the development plan, the site has the following characteristics: maximum building area - 30%, minimum area of green areas - 50%, maximum building height - 12 meters. Buildings can have sloping roofs with an angle of inclination from 20 to 35 degrees.
It is planned to build detached apartment buildings. The construction area of each building should not exceed 400 m², and the number of apartments in the building should be 6. The distance to the city center is about 16.7 km, and accessibility to public transport is good.
