Opis
A few kilometres from Peschiera del Garda in Valeggio sul Mincio, we offer a wonderful Rustico and an independent B & B house that has been used for many years with a great success. The property consists of a new part and a part, which was renovated in 2009. The structure can accommodate until 34 guests plus a private section. The house consists of two buildings with solar panels, a large garden and two terraces. It is possible to open a small tavern with its own entrance. There is also a project-tested and already welded project for the construction of an underground car park for 10 cars.
Valeggio is 27 kilometres from Mantua and Verona (south-west of the capital) and is crossed by the first section of Mincio, the main outflow of Lake Garda, a few kilometres to the north.
It borders Peschiera del Garda and Castelnuovo del Garda to the north, Sona, Sommacampagna and Villafranca di Verona to the east, Mozzecane to the south-east and the municipalities of Roverbella, Marmirolo, Volta Mantovana, Monzambano and Ponti sul Mincio to the west.
The municipal area of 63.96 square kilometres stretches from the moraine hills of Lake Garda in the north to the southern border with Mantua and Lower Veronese.
It is also crossed by the Virgilio Canal and the Seriola Prevaldesca (16th century, by the Republic of Venice[4]); to the right and left of the Mincio, two irrigation canals that come from the Mincio at the artificial barrier in the hamlet of Salionze (about 6 km north of the capital).
