2 bedroom house 155 m² Bedulu, Indonesia

This two-bedroom villa is the only currently available home in a boutique riverside collection of just four, set on the banks of a river in the jungle hills of Bali’s cultural highlands and priced from USD 285,000 on a 30-year lease with a guaranteed 30-year extension. It is the most space-led layout in the wider collection: around 155 square metres of building over two floors on a generous 318-square-metre plot, with a 30-square-metre private pool, a large 101-square-metre terrace, a 124-square-metre planted garden and a water-feature pond. The open-plan living area flows out to the pool and garden, and the elevated riverside position gives long, private views over the tropical tree line. The villa is built to a solid standard, with a reinforced-concrete frame, three-metre ceilings, tile floors and double-glazed windows, furnished in teak and solid wood and air-conditioned throughout. The land carries Orange R-4 tourism zoning, so the villa can run as a short-stay holiday rental or a long lease, with a leading local company handling on-site management. Owners get a gated, staffed estate with reception, round-the-clock service and parking, a short drive from the town’s restaurants, galleries and wellness studios, with completion scheduled for the first quarter of 2027.
