The concept is a personal five star hotel. Full Balinese in-house service comes with the estate: personal staff including a chef, spa, housekeeping and security, a dedicated service kitchen, a private spa and fitness area, and a private tee house built in temple style. There is even a fruit and herb garden planted with mango, papaya, passion fruit, rosemary and mint, plus an electric bike and charging station per villa.
The engineering runs deeper than most finished villas we see. Total soundproofing in a concrete structure, hidden quiet air conditioning, premium window and door systems, top level earthquake resistance, fire safety and insect protection, and chlorine free pools. Tenure is a 25 year leasehold with the option to extend at market land price, and completion is set for Q3 2027 with full operation in Q4 2027.
