For sale is an old, unique, historic palace on the first line by the sea, in the village of Dobrota. The palace was built at the end of the 18th century and is considered one of the most famous palaces in Montenegro. The palace belonged to the Tripkovich family in the 18th century. It is a little far from the coast and raised to a hill. The tribal coat of arms of Tripkovich is built into the defensive wall of the palace. In front of the palace there is a private, small pier with a platform that belongs to the palace. Behind the palace are gardens. The palace was built of Korchulansky stone, the total area is 1150m2, on a plot of 1500m2. Four levels, 3 garages and parking for several cars. The object is registered as a cultural heritage. Ground floor — main entrance with office and a small reception room, spacious living room, dining room with kitchen and bedroom. Second floor — master bedroom and two additional bedrooms. Third floor: large living room with fireplace and three bedrooms. Behind the palace, from the mountains, there is an extension in which the kitchen was previously located.
