Hotel is situated in small baroque town of Perast which is under protection of UNESCO, 13km away from Kotor, 22km from Tivat airport and 55km from Dubrovnik airport.
It spreads on 969m2 and the size of the plot is 1290m2. It consists of 2 buildings, one smaller and one bigger house and the total area is 969m2. It has 11 luxurious suites, each diferently designed ranging from 36m2 – 99m2. The maximum capacity of the hotel is 34 persons without a baby cots. It was built in 2009 and the first operated year is 2010.
The bigger house (198,74 m2) :
ground floor (a reception, an office with a small room, a restaurant, a kitchen and a laundry) and 3 floors with apartments(first two floors–6 apartments, third floor– 2 apartments) .
The small house (270,57 m2) :
ground floor (a wellness center and together with a hallway make a surface of 63,72 m2). On each floor there is 1 apartment and all 3 apartments have a total area of 206,85 m2.
