The restaurant is 10 minutes drive from the center of the capital of the Canton, the city of Sion and is located on an area of 8,468 m2.
The restaurant has a high quality rating and is well-known among the local population. Before the relocation of the chef, it had a Michelin star.
The building consists of 3 floors and has an area of 854.08 m2, including:
- ground floor-303.07 m2, which has a bomb shelter, three rooms for staff, bathroom, laundry, wine cellar, technical rooms (boiler room, pump room);
- 1st floor-331.07 m2, there are a separate bar, kitchen, restaurant hall with 80 seats, glazed heated veranda with 24 seats, 5 bathrooms (bathroom for the disabled). Next to the restaurant hall, uncovered terrace with barbecue area for 40 seats;
- 2nd floor - 219.94 m2, there are apartments with a mezzanine and plus two uncovered terraces of 30 m2 and 50 m2. The apartment has a large hall with a fireplace, a kitchen of 14 m2, two bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and an office.
In 2013, the restaurant and apartments were completely renovated. The boiler room has a new more efficient boiler for hot water. The restaurant has its own paved road and parking for 30 places.
The restaurant takes only 331 m2 of territory as a development. Additional construction is possible on the rest of the land A construction permit has been approved for a hotel with 14 rooms and a Villa of up to 200 m2.
