Payment scheme

Two payment schemes are proposed:

- first instalment when signing the Preliminary Agreement - minimum 30%

- second instalment - 30% - when the transaction is completed or up to 2 months-

II option:

-deposit EUR 2 000;

- Preliminary contract within the 1st month;
-first instalment - 30% minimum%

- second instalment - 60%  

-third instalment - 10 % on Act 16 and notarization.
