Payment scheme:
Option A.

The first payment – 10% is paid at the conclusion of the Preliminary Agreement.

The balance of 90% of the cost – installment payment of real estate under the contract with the developer for a period of up to 3 years with an increase of 5% per annum.
 

Option B.

40% of the cost of the apartment is paid in four payments within 9 months:

– 10% at the conclusion of the preliminary Agreement;
– 10% 3 months after 1st payment;
– 10% 3 months after 2nd payment;
– 10% 3 months after 3rd payment;

Balance 60% of the cost – installment payment of real estate under the contract with the developer.


In installments up to 5 years from the date of conclusion of the contract – increase in price 6.5% per annum;
In installments from 6 to 10 years from the date of conclusion of the contract – increase of 9.7% per annum.

Payment by installments is made on a quarterly basis.
 

With full payment of the cost of the apartment within 1 month from the date of signing the Preliminary Agreement, a 2% discount is provided%

The right to use the apartment is transferred after payment of 10% of the cost.
