The house is in a protected green area, so the sea and beaches are in the specified distance, respectively, for a comfortable stay, it is better to have (to rent) a car.

The rental price depends on the season and is:

100 euros per night or 700 per week in low season

130 euros per night or 910 per week on average

- 300 per night or 2100 euros - in high.

- 280 euros for cleaning, paid once upon arrival.

- 500 euros security deposit, which is returned on condition of safety of the property.

Additional information:

- Arrival after 21.00 p.m. - an additional 20 euros.

- Check-in with animals on request (payment additional 35 euros).

- Rent a crib -20 euros, a baby chair -20 euros (for the entire period).
