Bright, spacious, beautifully furnished studio. Located at Szulborska Street 8 on Wola, near Prince Janusz Metro.
Apartment after major renovation (including replacement of electrical installations), fully equipped with new furniture and household appliances. Ready to live and ideal as a rental investment. Great location and inexpensive rent (about 300 PLN/m-c).
Well-maintained building from the 1970s, after renovation (warming and facade, plumes/sewage). Well-maintained staircases with monitoring and closed corridors. Intercom before entering the building and before entering the hallway leading to the premises.
In the vicinity of the building numerous shops, service points, restaurants, post office, as well as nursery and kindergarten.
The apartment has an area of 24.90 m ² and consists of:
1) Living room with balcony (on the floor panels, smooth walls painted with a small fragment of wallpaper; fully furnished with TV;
cable tv, internet);
2) Hallway with kitchenette (on the floor gres, smooth painted walls, in the kitchenette on the wall glaze, furniture in the building
kitchen sink, refrigerator, dishwasher, hood, oven, induction hob);
3) Bathroom with window (on floor gres, on walls glaze, toilet, sink, washing machine, shower cubicle),
4) Wardrobe - separate room, closed to the door (on the floor panels, smooth painted walls, building, washing dryer, board
ironing, vacuum cleaner, iron).
All PVC windows, anti-burglar doors.
The price of the property remains all but books (visible in the photo of the living room).
I recommend because of the great location and a very good standard of finishing the premises.
Welcome to the presentation!
