According to the draft plan, the site is located on the territory marked with the symbol D.2.MN/U. Construction of individual residential buildings or service buildings is allowed here. The maximum building area index is 45%, the biologically active surface index is also 45%. The building intensity is 0.8, the maximum height of buildings is 10 m. The construction of outbuildings and garages with an area of no more than 80 sq.m and a height of up to 6 m is allowed.
