Residential complex in Ubud, focused on a family lifestyle in harmony with nature. The project creates an environment that combines privacy, functionality and thoughtful infrastructure for children and adults. Only 30% of the territory is allocated for development, the rest of the space is occupied by a private tropical park with recreation areas. The project concept is based on the integration of the natural environment, the cultural context of Bali and modern solutions in the field of wellness and longevity.
The complex provides 30 residences: Family Studios, as well as one and two bedroom apartments.
Infrastructure includes:

• SPA and wellness complex
Additionally, the concept of a restoration and longevity center has been implemented, combining the island’s natural resources and modern technologies. The project is focused on creating a holistic lifestyle with an emphasis on health, balance and development.
The complex is located in the central part of Ubud, in close proximity to key tourist and cultural sites. The surrounding area includes natural attractions, walking trails, rice terraces, waterfalls, as well as family parks and cultural and historical locations. The area has a developed infrastructure: restaurants, cafes, shops and everyday services are available within walking distance.
The project is integrated into a traditional Balinese park, thanks to which the buildings are organically integrated into the landscape and surrounded by dense tropical greenery. This location provides privacy, reduced noise levels and a favorable microclimate. At the same time, convenient access to city infrastructure and tourist routes is maintained, which makes the complex a universal solution for both living and renting.
