This is a restored stone house for sale in Apokoronas Chania Crete, located in the beautiful traditional village of Vafes, overlooking the mountains and the beautiful countryside. The 167.07m² property has been built on a plot of 254.17m². It is an example of the Cretan architecture, as it is made of stone and features many beautiful arches and wooden ceilings that create a feeling of another era.
The property can be reached by going up the external stone stairs where the ground floor (130.61m²) is then developed. On this floor there is space for a living area with fireplace, a kitchen and two bedrooms, while on the first floor (36.46m²), there is space for one more bedroom.
The view from the spacious terrace is beautiful, since one can enjoy the countryside setting, the trees and the mountain view – in the background.
This specific property is a great opportunity to create a house with personal details and to form a space meeting one’s needs on their own terms, as its renovation is not totally completed. This means that the choice of the kitchen, the flooring and the windows is yet to be made.
